Pursuant to the order dated 14 February 2017 passed by this Court, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners has tendered the statement of disclosure of the learned prospective sole Arbitrator under section 11(8) read with section 12(1)(b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The statement of disclosure is taken on record and the same is accepted.

Shri Rajesh Choudhary, Advocate is appointed as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties. The parties to co-operate in the expeditious disposal of the arbitral proceedings and shall not seek unnecessary adjournments.
