This is an application for bringing legal representatives of applicant No.2, since deceased, on record. Applicant No.2 died on 30.01.2016 and the present application is filed on 18.03.2016, which is within limitation. Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. Applicants shall carry out the amendment within 14 days from today and serve amended slips on the other side.
