Heard the applicant appearing in person and learned Additional P.P. for the State. It is not necessary to hear the respondent Nos.1 to 7 as the grievance of the applicant is limited to his complaint and the report submitted by the police under Section 202 of Cr.P.C.. The applicant is aggrieved by the delay caused in consideration of report submitted by the police under Section 202 of Cr.P.C..

I, therefore, direct that the report submitted by the police in case No.75/SW/2014 shall be considered by the learned Magistrate on next date of hearing of the case and the learned 1 / 2

Deshmane 23.APL.275-15.doc Magistrate shall take necessary decision on the said report. However, prayer clauses (b) and (c) of the present Petition cannot be entertained by this Court.

Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly. 4.
