Heard Mr.Gole, learned Advocate for the applicant. He submits that the respondents are served and affidavit of service is already filed in the office on 10 July 2017.

By this application, the applicant-petitioner is seeking early hearing of this petition, on the ground that the applicant/petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 82 years.

For the reasons as set out in the civil application, it would be in the interest of justice that the petition be taken up for final hearing at an early date. Accordingly, list the petition on the final hearing
