Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. In view of the fact that the applications made by the petitioners are pending before the Civil Court, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn. This order will not prevent the petitioners from prosecuting the pending applications. It will be also open for the petitioners to apply to the concerned Court for reconstruction of the record of the suit.
