Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner herein is the original respondent No.1 in appeal No. 3031/2013 instituted by the respondent No.1 herein before the District Superintendent of Land Records (DSLR). The DSLR, by the impugned order has condoned the delay in instituting the appeal. Mr. Deo, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 (original appellant), on the basis of instructions from the respondent No.1, who is present in the court, makes the statement that the petitioner herein had been impleaded as a formal party in the appeal and that the respondent No.1 herein now desires to drop the petitioner from the proceedings in the said appeal. This statement is accepted and the petitioner (original respondent No.1) is deleted 1/2
Sknair 902-wp-3442-2015 from the cause title of appeal No.3031/13 pending before the DSLR. In view of the said deletion, obviously, the impugned order no longer affects the petitioner (respondent No.1). At the behest of the petitioner herein therefore, there is no necessity to interfere with the impugned order.
