Mr.Wakankar, appearing for the Applicants submits that he has received a letter dated 8 January 2024 from the legal heirs of the original Plaintiff. He has been informed to withdraw this Civil Revision Application in view of the compromise between the parties.

In view of the submissions made by the advocate for the Applicants, this Civil Revision Application is disposed of, as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.
