It is stated that the claimants in both the claim petitions have P P SALGAONKAR

The Claimant No.1 in respective petitions, being the widow, be paid 20% of the compensation with proportionate interest accrued thereon, and the parent/parents of the deceased be paid 10% of the compensation with proportionate interest accrued thereon. Since the claimant nos.2 and 3 in respective claim petitions are minors, 10% each compensation with proportionate interest accrued thereon be invested in their respective names under Fixed Deposit in any nationalized bank, for a period of three years.
