The learned counsel for the parties hand in consent terms which are taken on record and marked 'x' for the purpose of identification. The consent terms are signed by the authorized signatory of the appellant-insurance company as also, by Mr.Jayprakash Sakhadev Kadam, respondent No.1- (Claimant).

Mr.Kadam, is present in the Court and he says that he has signed the Consent Terms after having understood their scope and imposition. He says that he has willingly entered into the settlement.

The terms of the settlement, also appear to be fair to the interest of both the parties. The appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of the consent terms.

The R & P to be sent to the Commissioner for Employees Compensation and VI Labour Court, Mumbai, so that, Mr.Kadam can withdraw the amount.

Parties to act on the basis of the authenticated copy of this order.
