(Through Video Conferencing) P.C.:- Applicant Mr. Prakash Menda and Respondent No.3 Ms. Madhavi R. Patil, a well wisher of Smt. Nayana Panchal Respondent No.1, have entered into Consent Terms dated 1st April, 2021. The Applicant Mr. Prakash Menda and Respondent No.3 Ms. Madhavi R. Patil have signed the said Consent Terms and their signatures have been identified by their respective learned Advocates. The said Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

As per the said Consent Terms, Respondent No.3 Ms. Madhavi R. Patil has complied with her part of obligation and the Applicant has 1/2

ssm 2 3-appr171.18-in-revn181.18.doc received a lumpsum amount Rs.3 lakhs towards one time settlement. It is to be noted here that, in Order dated 25th September, 2019, it has been recorded that, the Registry has received 'Custodial Death Report' dated 14th August, 2019 signed by the Superintendent, Amravati Central Prison stating that, the Respondent No.1 Smt. Nayana Panchal expired at Government Medical College and Hospital, Nagpur on 3rd June, 2019. In view thereof, the Revision filed by the said Smt. Nayana Panchal against conviction stood abated.

That, by an Order dated 1st April, 2021 passed in Criminal Interim Application No.1690 of 2019 filed by the Applicant Mr. Prakash Menda, Respondent No.3-Ms. Madhavi R. Patil, was impleded in the present proceedings in her capacity as well-wisher of Ms. Nayana Panchal. In view of the fact that, Applicant Mr. Prakash Menda and the Respondent No.3 Ms. Madhavi R. Patil, have now settled the matter amicably, nothing survives in the present Application and the same is accordingly disposed off.
