After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, learned counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application.

Considering this request, the application is allowed to be withdrawn. However, if the Applicants file regular Bail Applications, those applications shall be decided in accordance with law on their own merits, without being influenced by withdrawal of this application. Such Bail Applications shall be decided expeditiously taking into account the fact that the Applicant No.1 has lost his mother on 07/03/2024. 4.

With these observations, permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
