The delay is condoned, since reason stated is that some time was required to ascertain details about the legal representatives of respondent no. 1/7. However, the appellant shall pay costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the legal representatives of deceased respondent no. 1/7, once they are brought on record.
