This is an appeal of 2013 challenging the order dated 14.1.2011 passed by the learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Sangli, especially rejecting the application for giving permission to sue as an indigent person under Order 33 of the Civil Procedure Code. However, none appears for the appellant and therefore, the matter is kept back to be called out in the second session. It is made clear that the matter will be dismissed if nobody appears for the appellant.
