This is an application for intervention by the original complainant in CR No.347/2016 registered with Malad Police Station, Mumbai under section 498A, 406, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
