After arguing for sometime, the Learned Counsel for the Applicant in the light of the email received by him today at 10.56 a.m. from the Applicant stating therein that the Applicant would withdraw the above Civil Revision Applications, if time of one year is granted to the Applicant to vacate the premises. The said statement is in consonance with the instructions that the Learned Counsel Shri. Rakesh Bhatkar has received vide the email as also the oral instructions which he states he BGP.

has received. The Civil Revision Applications are accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.
However the Applicant is granted time upto 31.03.2018 to hand over quiet, vacant and peaceful possession of the suit premises to the Respondents/landlords. The same would be on the usual undertaking to be filed by the Applicant in this Court within two weeks from date. If there are any arrears of rent, the same may be paid over to the Respondent No.1 who would accept them on behalf of other Respondents and who would be liable to the other Respondents. If the undertaking is not filed as directed by the instant order, then the Respondents would be free to execute the decree in accordance with law. The copy of the text of the email dated 21.04.2017 received at 10.56 a.m. by Shri. Rakesh Bhatkar is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. [R.M.SAVANT, J] BGP.
