Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this Civil Application, applicant is seeking extension of time to comply the order dated 13.02.2017. He submits that his client issued the cheques for compliance of order dated 13.02.2017. He submits that the Registry of this Court is directed him to deposit either Demand Draft or Pay order. Hence, he requires some time to comply the said order by providing Demand Draft and/or Pay order. The learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that she has no objection, if time is extended Sneha Chavan 1/2

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the applicant and Advocate for the Respondent has no objection, the following order is passed:

a) Applicant to comply the order dated 13.02.2017 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 9807 of 2015 on or before 30.03.2017.

b) Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
