This Writ Petition is directed against the order dated 19th January, 2017 passed by the District Judge-9, Pune below Exhibits 44 and 49 in Regular Civil Appeal No. 688 of 2005. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents submits that the Regular Civil Appeal No.688 of 2005 is dismissed on 04th July, 2017 by the Ad-hoc District Judge-1, Pune. Hence, this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
