This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.1,10,000/- deposited by the Respondent No.1. The Respondent No.1 has preferred Criminal Revision Application No.489 of 2017 challenging the judgment of conviction under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act and the judgment passed by the appellate Court confirming the trial Court's judgment of conviction. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant/complainant submits that the Respondent No.1/Revision applicant has deposited the amount of Rs.85,000/- in this Court and Rs.25,000/- before the Court of by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

6-REVN-489-2017.doc Sessions at Sangli, during the pendency of Criminal Appeal No.100 of 2016. The aforesaid amount of Rs.1,10,000/- may be permitted to be withdrawn by the applicant/complainant. 3.
Considering the fact that amount was deposited on account of conviction of the Respondent No.1/Revision applicant, the aforesaid amount can be allowed to be withdrawn by the applicant/complainant.
ORDER
i.
The applicant/complainant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,10,000/- deposited by the Respondent No.1/Revision applicant before this Court and concerned Sessions Court.
ii.
Interim Application No.432 of 2020 is disposed of accordingly.
iii.
Criminal Revision Application No.489 of 2017 be listed in due course.
