Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, we deem it appropriate dispose of this petition by directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3-Commissioner of Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation/Competent Officer to decide petitioner's representation dated 01st February 2018, copy of which is at Exhibit 'H' to the petition at page 31 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from passing of this order. It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all points and contentions of all the parties are kept open.

In order to enable respondent No.3 to comply with this order, the petitioner shall remain present himself before respondent No.3/Competent Officer on 22nd April 2019 at 11.00 a.m. along with the copy of the said representation and copy of this order.
