Learned A.P.P., on instructions from the concerned Officer of the Home Department, submitted that, in the present case i.e. in FIR No. 329 of 2020 registered with Bazar Peth Police Station, Kalyan, District Thane, and now culminated into Special Case No. 3 of 2021, the Home Department, Government of Maharashtra has issued a Notification under Section 4 of The Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999 (for short, "MPID Act") on 1st September 2021. A copy of the said Notification is produced on record.

In view of above, the prayers of the Petitioner in the present Petition are worked out.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
