P.C.:- The civil application is filed for restoration of the Writ Petition (stamp) No.7349 of 2017. The Petition was placed for order before the Registrar (Judicial-II) on 18th December, 2017. Some of the office objections were raised and the same were not removed. Four weeks time was granted to remove those objections. The Applicants failed to remove the office objections within the stipulated time therefore the petition was dismissed for default. 2.
The Applicants have given circumstances in paragraph Nos.3, 5 and 6, under which he could not remove the office objections. Megha 1/2
Megha 67_caw_1086_2018.doc He also makes a statement that he will remove the office objections within a period of two weeks' time. The Applicants have also satisfactorily explained the 45 days delay in filing the application. 3.
In above circumstances, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
