P.C.:- These are the Applications for pre-arrest bail in CR No.224 of 2018 dated 26th June, 2018 registered with Ville-Parle Police Station, Mumbai under Section 467, 468, 420, 406 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and CR No. 137 of 2017 dated 9th July, 2017, registered with Vanrai Police Station, Mumbai under Section 420 and 406 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code respectively.

ssm 2 907-909-aba634.19gp.doc The learned counsel appearing for the first informant submitted that, the Applicants and the first informant have settled the matter amicably out of the Court and tendered across the bar, Affidavit of the first informant dated 13th March 2019. The said Affidavit dated 13th March, 2019 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. He further submitted that, the first informant has received the possession of the flat in question and she has no grievance against the Applicants hereinafter. In view of the amicable settlement between the parties out of the Court, the Applicants are entitled to be protected by pre-arrest bail.

a) In the event of arrest in CR No.224 of 2018 dated 26th June, 2018 registered with Ville-Parle Police Station, Mumbai and in CR No. 137 of 2017 dated 9th July, 2017, registered with Vanrai Police Station, Mumbai, respectively the Applicants shall be released on bail on their furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- in each crime with one or two separate local sureties in the like amount.

ssm 3 907-909-aba634.19gp.doc b) The Applicants shall not tamper with the evidence and/or pressurize the prosecution witnesses.

c) Both the Applications are allowed in the aforesaid terms.
