P.C.:- Heard Mr. Pradhan the learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms Shinde, APP for the Respondent No.1-State. 2.

The Petition is filed for seeking directions to the Respondent No.2 to investigate into the complaint dated 19th January, 2017. Grievance of the Petitioner is that though the complaint was filed on 19th January, 2017, so far he has not been communicated about the outcome of the same.

The learned APP submits that pursuant to the said complaint, statement of the Petitioner is recorded. She has submitted Megha 1/2

Megha 906_wp_1250_2017.doc that the statement does not disclose commission of the cognizable offence. She has further submitted that no NC is registered. The learned APP conceded that the Petitioner has not been informed in writing about the action taken on the said complaint. 4.

In the above circumstances, we dispose of the Petition by directing the Incharge Officer of V.P. Road Police Station, Girgaon, Mumbai to arrive at appropriate decision on the application filed by the Petitioner and communicate the same to the Petitioner within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of this order in the said Police station.
