In view of Consent Terms, the impugned judgment and order dated 9th September 2014 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 6th Court, Mazgaon, at Sewree, Mumbai, in Criminal Case No.135/SS/2013 confirmed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai, in Criminal Appeal No.932 of 2014 was quashed and set aside. By the very same order dated 9th August 2016, the applicant was avk 1/2

1-REVN-179-2016.doc acquitted of the offence with which he was charged. The matter is listed today for recording compliance. The learned counsel is praying for adjournment for seeking instructions. If there is noncompliance of terms of compromise, the aggrieved party has right to take up appropriate proceedings.

Hence, no further orders are required.
