3rd February, 2015.
P.C. :
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. The Petitioner challenges the transfer order dated 20th November, 2013. The submission of learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner is that the transfer is punitive one. The Petitioner was appointed as Enquiry Officer and had submitted adverse report against the persons who were named therein. Due to that the transfer order came to be passed. The Petitioner is entitled to file a comprehensive representation to the transferring authority. If the same is received, the authority to look into the same as expeditiously as possible as the transfer order was passed in 2013. We are not inclined to interfere at this stage. The Petition is disposed of.
