Though the Respondents have duly served, none appeared on behalf of them when the matter was called out.
The office note shows that the Civil Application stand dismissed against the Respondents No.1-A, 1-B and 2-1C. Hence, the office is directed to make the same note 1/3
on Cross Objection also.
This application is for restoration of Cross Objection Stamp No.23569 of 1990, which was dismissed in view of the conditional order dated 22 April 2013 passed by the Registry (Judicial-II).
The learned Counsel for the Applicants submits that it remained on their part to remove the office objection. He submits that the office objection shall be removed within four weeks from today.
Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicants and averments made in civil application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out the case for allowing the civil application. Hence, the order.
: O R D E R :
(A) The delay caused in filing the Civil Application is condoned.
(B) The order dated 22 April 2013 passed by the Registry (Judicial-II) is set aside.

(C) Cross Objection Stamp No.23569 of 1990 is restored on file.
(D) The Applicants to remove all the office objections in Cross Objection within four weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
(E) The Civil Application is disposed off accordingly (K.K.TATED, J.) CERTIFICATE Certified to be true and correct copy of the original signed order. 3/3
