Parties have placed on record consent terms dated 20th October 2023. The consent terms are signed by the Director of the petitionerrespondent nos. 1(a) and 1(b) and respondent no. 4 for himself and on behalf of respondent nos. 2, 3 and 5. The consent terms are also signed by the respective Advocates and the parties are identified by their respective advocates.

Respondent no. 4 is personally present in court. Respondent nos. 1(a) and 1(b) are the directors of the petitioner and they have joined through video conference. All parties admit the contents of the consent terms and their signatures.

Consent terms dated 20th October 2023 are taken on record and marked "X" for identification with today's date. 4.
The undertakings in the consent terms are accepted as an undertaking to the court.
