At that time, an undertaking was given by the Appellant that when the matter is taken up, no adjournment will be sought. On this undertaking, the Second Appeal was restored. Today's board was notified in advance. It is published on the internet as well as the Court provides various facilities. In spite of giving an undertaking, the Appellant is not present.
