Challenge in this petition is to the order passed by the Family Court No.5, Pune directing the petitioner to pay interim maintenance of Rs.6,000/- to the petitioner which includes maintenance of Rs.3,000/- to the son.

From the impugned order, it appears that the petitioner is drawing salary of Rs.35,000/- per month. Therefore, Rs.6,000/- towards wife and son, is in my opinion, reasonable amount directed by the Courts below.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has married again and is having two children. The said factor is of no help to the petitioner, while considering validity of the order of interim of maintenance.

Considering the income of the petitioner, and the amount

The writ petition is dismissed.
