Heard learned Advocate Mr. Amin Solkar for the Applicant - Accused.

Though his clients have taken back the papers, being officer of the Court, he has assisted the Court by addressing the issue. The present Applicant is Accused No.1 in M.C.O.C.A. Special Case No.14 of 2016 pending before the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Mumbai. Along with him, two others were charged for various offences including offence under M.C.O.C. Act. Charge is on page 15. It was framed on 14th February 2019. The said order is challenged by way of this Revision. 3.

During the pendency of this Revision which is pending since 2019, the prosecution has started examining the witnesses. As such, this Revision has become infructuous. It is disposed of. Pallavi 1/2

So all contentions raised in this Revision can be argued before the trial Court and trial Court to deal with the same at the conclusion of the trial.
