Since the applicant is a resident of Mumbai and is a senior citizen aged 70 years, he desires to pursue his writ petition filed in the year 2007 at the Aurangabad Bench now at the Principal Seat at Bombay.

The application for transferring Writ Petition No. 3176 of 2007 from Aurangabad Bench to the Principal Seat at Bombay is ABS

MCA 112-2015 allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), without issuing notice to the respondents.

Intimation be sent to the respondents informing them about the next date of hearing at the Principal Seat, which shall be 2 July 2015.
