Mr.Rao, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 - Corporation, on instructions, states that ATM centre of the petitioner's bank at Shiv Villa Building, Near Gagangiri, Chikanghar, Kalyan will be desealed by this evening. Mr.Rao, learned counsel on instructions further states that the respondent - corporation will not seal any other property of the petitioner for alleged property tax payable by the petitioner. 2.

In view of above statement made by Mr.Rao, Ms.Trivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
