The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the during pendency of the Writ Petition, the Hon'ble Minister has passed a final order on 28.04.2017 in revision u/s.154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. He has placed on record a photocopy of the order dated 28.04.2017. Same is taken on record. In view thereof, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. 3.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
