Heard Ms. Tahira Siddique, learned Counsel for the applicants and Mr. Lokesh Zade, learned Counsel for the respondent.

This is an application seeking six weeks extension of time for depositing the balance amount of Rs.15,20,000/- before the Competent Authority. Mr.Zade opposes this application on the ground that sufficient time was given to the applicants for depositing the amount.

Ms. Siddique states that by tomorrow i.e. 14.3.2019 the applicants will deposit Rs.1 Lakh and balance amount of Rs.14,20,000/- within three weeks from today with the office of the Competent Authority, under intimation in writing to the learned counsel for the respondent. She further assures that the applicant will not seek further extension of time. 1/2

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, time to comply the order dated 6.2.2019 is extended, as and by way of last chance, by a period of six weeks from today with express understanding that no further extension shall be sought for and granted by this Court. The applicants will deposit Rs.1 Lakh by 16.3.2019 and balance amount of Rs.14,20,000/- within three weeks from today in the office of the Competent Authority, under intimation in writing to the learned counsel for the respondent. Civil Application is disposed of in aforesaid terms with no order as to costs. Order accordingly.
