The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellant and Respondent submits that the parties have settled the dispute amicably. The learned counsel for the Appellant, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the Family Court Appeal.

FCA is allowed to be withdrawn and is accordingly disposed of. The Respondent undertakes to withdraw the proceedings filed 1/2

- 2 - (FCA 77 of 2015) by her in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate and also undertakes not to oppose the writ petition filed by the Appellant for quashing the criminal complaint. Both the parties are present in the Court.
