The learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submitted that his ground for seeking transfer of Sessions Case No.158/2013 does not survive, in view of the fact that, the concerned learned Sessions Judge who was seized of the case has now retired.

In view thereof, the present application has become infractuous and is accordingly disposed off.

The Lenard Additional Sessions Judge, Palghar seized of the Sessions Case No.158/2013 is hereby requested to make an endeavour to expedite the hearing of the said case. 3.

Application is accordingly disposed off.
