Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that by order dated 15.12.2017, this Court had directed the Assistant Charity Commissioner to hear and decide the Change Reports, bearing Nos.5070 of 2014 and 5071 of 2014, after giving an opportunity to the Respondents to be heard. He further submits that the Assistant Charity Commissioner has disposed of those Change Reports. In these circumstances, the challenge in the present petition does not survive.
