The above Civil Application has been filed for vacating stay by the original Respondents to the above Civil Revision Application. The said relief is sought on the basis that the original Applicant has defaulted in the payment of the arrears of compensation. The Learned Counsel for the Respondent i.e. the original Civil Revision Applicant Mr. Bhat points out to this court that the arrears of compensation have been deposited up to May 2016 and for the period thereafter up to date the Applicant has filed Civil Application No.686 of 2016 for being permitted to deposit the arrears. In view of the fact that the arrears up to May 2016 have already been deposited which fact is not disputed by the Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants, the relief sought vide the above Civil Application cannot be acceded to. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
