P.C.:- After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to surrender before the concerned Magistrate having jurisdiction over Chunabhatti Police Station on or before 11.00 a.m. of 17th July, 2018.

Leave and liberty granted.

Application is dismissed as withdrawn, with aforesaid liberty.

It is made clear that, the period to surrender shall not be extended further on any count.
