The learned APP represents Respondent No.3 - State of Maharashtra. The Contemnors are also present in Court. It further appears that on account of absence of Counsel for the Petitioner, this Contempt Petition had been dismissed for want of prosecution on 11th February 2015. This Petition was however restored to file at the behest of the Counsel for the Petitioner. Since none appears on behalf of the Petitioner, this Contempt Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
