When the Court expressed its disinclination to entertain the prayer for bail, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. 3.

The learned Counsel for the applicant, however, submits that since the applicant has been in custody since May, 2020, the trial be expedited. The Court is informed that charge has yet not been framed.

In view of disposal of BA/1016/2023, Criminal Application No.61/2023 also stands disposed.
