The Petitioner has filed this PIL seeking an order restraining Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 from giving speeches. It is submitted that their speeches are likely to disturb the communal harmony. The Petitioner, admittedly, has not filed any complaint with the police, and has merely made a representation to the Chief Minister of Maharashtra. The Petitioner claims to be a social worker. The Petitioner may make the representations to the concerned police stations where the speeches have been given by Respondent Nos. 4 1 / 2
CRPILST. 10-16 and 5. If such representations are made, they may be considered on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, in any case within a period of four weeks thereafter. With this direction, criminal PIL is disposed of.
