Heard. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the parties have filed Consent Terms before the Civil Judge, Senior Division Satara in Regular Civil Suit No. 90/2013 on 05.04.2017. He has placed on record a photocopy of the said Consent Terms. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view of filing of the Consent Terms in Regular Civil Suit No.90/2013, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. Same stands disposed of infructuous.

Liberty granted to the petitioner to move this court in case the Consent Terms are not accepted by the Trial Court.
