It is brought to our notice that in a connected Writ Petition (O.S.) No. 2439 of 2017 this Court by order dated 8th April, 2017 had disposed of Writ Petition on fnding that examination had already been over and fnal list of selected candidates has been declared and consequently Petition has been rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Petition with liberty to challenge the appropriate rules if so advised.
