Learned APP, on instructions, submits that the offence has been registered against applicant with Airport Police Station vide CR No.9 of 2021 for offences under Sections 354, 354A, 354D, 509, 506 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that in view of the aforesaid statement, the applicant would prefer application for anticipatory bail before Sessions Court within one week from today. In these circumstance, interim protection of not to arrest granted by this Court by order dated 30th March 2021 shall continue to operate for one week from today. The application stands disposed of with liberty to prefer application for anticipatory bail before Sessions Court.
