Learned APP on instruction submits that three witnesses are already examined and the prosecution proposes to examine four other witnesses. Learned counsel for the applicant however submitted that the applicant is in custody from 24th August, 2015. 2.

In view of the submissions made by the learned APP, trial Court shall make an endevour to complete the trial expeditiously and conclude the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. In case, the trial is not concluded within three months, applicant is at liberty to prefer an application for bail.
