DATED : 29 MARCH 2023 P.C. :- It appears that by order dated 27 July 2021, the Superintendent of Jail had granted emergency parole to applicant on account of Covid-19 pandemic, however, certain conditions were imposed. The relaxations of some of the conditions is sought by the present application. However, the benefit of emergency parole on account of Covid-19 pandemic is now no more available. Thus, nothing survives in the present application. Application is disposed of.
