Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, considering the peculiar facts of this case, the trial of the

The learned Judge to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 12 months from the date of receipt of this order. If the said trial does not conclude within the aforesaid period, for no fault of the Applicant, the Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh application, which will be decided on its own merits.
