By the present petition the Petitioner has impugned the order passed by Competent Authority thereby rejecting his application for furlough leave filed in the year 2021.

By order dated 2nd December 2022 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.1569 of 2020, it has been observed that, Petitioner has become entitled to file an application for furlough leave for the year 2022 and certain directions were issued.

In view thereof, present petition does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
