The petitioner- a villager of village Mapsekarwadi, MalewadKondure, Taluka Sawantwadi, Dist. Sindhudurga seeks direction in respect of bifurcation of the village. The grievance of the petitioner is that he was not heard during the process of bifurcation of the village. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner placed reliance on the judgment

We have perused the record, considered the submissions advanced. The petitioner has not placed on record any preliminary notification issued by the State Government in respect of proposed bifurcation of the village. In case any such notification is issued by the State, the petitioner may resort to appropriate alternate statutory remedy. 4.
